Sorry for not updating. I was sick last week and I'm going to go for a hike this Sunday to Monday. But I will post some of my work and sketches before this week ends.

Ponsel Liang Lahat

Ilustrasi tentang telepon selular yang ditelepon dari kubur. Padahal baru beli dan tak ada yang tahu nomornya.

An illustration about a cell phone that receive calls from the grave. Although the phone is brand new and no one knew the number.

Ekstradisi

Dengan bahan yang diberikan KS (atas), saya membuat infografis 'step by step' dengan bentuk spiral. Bercerita tentang aturan main perjanjian ekstradisi yang disepakati oleh Indonesia dengan Singapura. Dalam grafik ini, dijelaskan bahwa presiden, di keputusan akhir, bisa saja membatalkan ekstradisi setelah berbagai usaha dilakukan oleh pihak yang berwenang.

Inilah hasil yang dicetak (kanan).

With the data provided by KS (top), I made a spiral shaped 'step by step' infographic. The graphic describe the extradition process agreed between Indonesian and Singaporean government. It also explains that, at the final decision, the extradition issued by the Ministry of Justice can be vetoed by the President.

The spread in the right is the printed version.

Pencarian Burung dalam Sungai

Ilustrasi disamping tentang alat vital seorang paman, 35 tahun, yang ditebas oleh keponakannya, 28 tahun. Lalu organ tersebut dibuang ke dalam sungai. Keponakan perempuan itu berbuat demikian untuk 'memberi pelajaran' pada pamannya karena tidak bertanggung jawab ketika berhubungan sampai hamil dan menyuruhnya menggugurkan kandungan hasil hubungan mereka.

Menjijikan, huh?

The art was made to illustrate a story about this 28 years old niece, who cut her 35 years old uncle's penis because she wanted to give him 'a lesson'. Then, she threw his organ into a river. Her reason was, her uncle didn't want to be responsible when she got pregnant. But told her to perform abortion instead, which she did.

Gross, huh?

Bambu Jodoh: Dicetak

Menurut Google Analytics, blog ini tidak dikunjungi hanya dari Indonesia. Mulai dari saat ini, blog ini akan dilengkapi dengan teks berbahasa Inggris, sehingga rekan-rekan kita dari manca negara bisa menikmati tulisan ini.

Gambar di sebelah kanan, merupakan hasil ilustrasi yang tercetak. Setelah tertundah dua edisi karena tak mendapat tempat, akhirnya tulisan ini naik cetak juga. Cerita yang tak dilengkapi ilustrasi, bercerita tentang tahanan yang kabur setelah memijiti polisi yang menjaganya hingga tertidur.

Referring to Google Analytics, this blog were visited not only by visitors from Indonesia. Starting now, this blog is be written also in English, thus could be enjoyed by our colleague all around the world.

The illustration in right is the printed version of underwear bamboo. After being postponed for two edition, the article is finally printed. The bamboo in the article, believed by the nearby resident, have a magical attribute that grant a blessing for people, whom bathing in the pond next to the plant, to have a lover in not so distant future. With one condition: tossing their underwear to the bamboo.

The article without illustration is about a convict whom escaped jail just after giving the police which guard him a massage of slumber.
